YOUR ARRIVAL

About 10 days before arrival you will receive an email full of advice before departure from home and usefull information for all stages of your stay.
A quicker procedure through our service ‘FAST-check in’ as to minimize the administrative work and your time at the reception desk.
Two Hirondelle co-workers on bikes will guide new guests to their pitch or accommodation in our woodland.
Through the service ‘Click&Read’ on our website you will find all usefull information for and during your stay. For exemple: the activity programm for the miniclub, sports activities and animation. Next to this you will also discover information to organize your trips like hiking in nature, sportsactivities outside the campsite, gastronomy and culture in the heart of the Dios region.
The arrival times are strictly divided: guests for the pitches from 2pm till 4pm, guests for the accommodations: between 4pm and 7pm. This to facilitate the flow at the receptiondesk.
At the receptiondesk one person per counter and per family is permitted to accelerate the fast check in procedure. Other family members have to wait outside.
It is not possible to enter before 4pm into the accommodation as we need minimum 6 hours vacancy in between two families in order to clean the accommodation under the best conditions and to ventilate it. If you arrive early, you can make use of the services of the camp site (the restaurant, the waterpark, the playground).
Payment only by bank- or creditcard to avoid the touching of paper money.
Visitors to our campingguests who are not on the campsite, will not be allowed on the campsite this summer. We invite you to meet them at the restaurant L’Hirondelle Gourmet and outside the campsite.

DURING YOUR STAY

The welcome drink is every Monday at 17:00 at the Amphitheater in the open air. At this drink we present the activity programms during your stay.
One person per family can pick up information at the reception desk or ask for our help.
Through our service ‘Click & Read’ at our website we try to minimize or stop the paperflow.
The programms for the week and the information from our partners for the activities outside the campsite are shown on posters and brochures at the terrace in front of the reception desk and the information boards on the campsite.
Through the whatsapp numbers of the reception desk and the restaurant given to you at your arrival, we assure a safe and distant communication for all your questions.
It is obliged to wear a mask for all at the receptiondesk and in the grocery store.
If you are closer than 1 meter to a co-worker, we kindly request adultes to wear a mask.
The use of chlorinated water is strictly forbidden while cleaning. This to avoid problems with our natural filteringsystem of used waters. To disinfect please use other cleaning products that are less harsh.
The use of disposable wipes is strongly opposed as they cause blockage in the draining system. If you use these wipes, please throw them in the bin. Do NOT throw them in the toilet. We kindly ask you to be vigilant on this important point.
Open (camp) fire and charcoal BBQ are forbidden for the safety of everybody. Only electric or gas BBQ’s are allowed. We kindly ask you to be vigilant on this important point.
We request you during your stay to put all trash in a bin where ever you are: accommodation, pitch, waterpark, restaurant, children’s play ground and do NOT throw anything on the ground. We kindly ask you to be vigilant on this important point.

AT YOUR DEPARTURE

A quicker departure procedure through the service ‘Fast check-out’ as to minimize the administrative work and your time at the reception desk.
Return of badges and keys through the mailbox at the reception desk to make sure you do not have to enter the reception desk.
The latest departure time for accommodations is 10am at the latest as we need minimum 6 hours vacancy in between two families in order to clean the accommodation under the best conditions and to ventilate it.
The latest departure time for pitches is at 12am at the latest so that the next guest does not have to wait.

IN AN ACCOMMODATION

Our cleaningservice is equipped with all the protective equipment necessary. They work in accordance with the restrictive and complete guidelines on tidiness and hygiene
The thorough and profond cleaning of your accommodation complies with the national sanitary guidelines with a special attention for the areas which are touched most.
A ventilation of minimum 30 minutes of your accommodation minimum 1 hour before your arrival.
Free choice in bringing your own bedlinnen or to order our highquality disposable sheets (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcover) at your booking or at the latest one week before your arrival.
Supplementary disposable sheets will be offered if you stay 3 weeks or more or if the sheets are damaged during your stay.
The babykit (bed, matras, babychair and bath) can be rented this year. At each change they are profondly disinfected.
This summer we do not rent out towels. Please bring your own towels with you.
On the posters in the accommodations the safety and hygiene instructions are mentionned.
As all our information is on our website under the service ‘Click & Read’ and shown at the reception desk, the information binders are not available in the accommodations.

AT THE PITCH

Our sanitary buildings are open or partially open which allows a great ventilation with clean mountain air from the Vercors.
A profond and rigid cleaning of the sanitary provisions in compliance with the national sanitary guidelines with a special attention for the points of contacts.
4 cleaningrounds per day of our 4 sanitary buildings for an optimal tidiness and hygiene at any moment.
We count on your help to keep the sanitary provisions tidy.
In the collective sanitary provisions toiletpaper will be available.
A walking direction facilitates the flow in the sanitary buildings.
It is possible to rent a fridge. Please return them cleaned out and tidy. Our cleaning team will desinfect it in between families.
Extension cables and universal adapters can be rented. We strongly advize you to bring your own gear this summer.
